Patricia Cervantes specializes in Civil Law with extensive professional experience in civil, commercial and Amparo proceedings before Mexican courts. Currently, her practice focuses on bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings in which she has been appointed as an assistant both as a conciliator and as a liquidator. She has been recognized by The Legal 500 as a notable associate in the practice of Bankruptcy and Restructuring. She has advised different parliamentary groups for the implementation of legislative proposals in the field of Mobility and Land Planning and Urban Development.
