  • He represented a Mexican company, in order to obtain an environmental impact authorization for the construction and operation of a gold mine in Baja California Sur. This project has been qualified by federal authorities, as the example of how mining projects should be postulated in Mexico.

  • Gustavo represented an American company’s Mexican subsidiary in the proceedings for the obtainment of the necessary federal environmental permits, as well as in the proceeding for the amendment of the Ecologic Regulation Program applicable for the development of a port project in Veracruz.

  • Gustavo headed a legal audit for CFE regarding a representative sample of a universe formed by more than 30 thousand disputes, in order to develop an opinion allowing to improve the handling of the aforementioned disputes.
