Arturo Rivera

Arturo Rivera has comprehensive experience in commercial litigation as well as international arbitration proceedings. His practice focus in disputes involving international parties and multiple jurisdictions, including cross-border trials.
Mr. Rivera has acted as lead counsel in disputes involving construction contracts, debt collection, guarantee enforcement, contract annulment, mortgage actions as well as corporate disputes.
His arbitration experience comprehends institutional and ad hoc arbitrations, both domestic and international, including the enforcement or annulment of foreign arbitral awards under the New York Convention.


  • Leading associate in the litigious defense of the state owned company that controls the largest sea salt mine in the world, including transnational litigation and arbitration.

  • He participated in 4 ICC arbitrations as part of the team that represented CFE in disputes related to energy production and construction contracts.
